// Forest Photoshoot //

hello, lovelies!
so wonderful to be back with an outfit post today. oregon has been shining with beautiful glimmers of sunshine- perfect weather for a photoshoot. here to share some shots cayla and i took in our forest the other day...

my past weeks have literally been all-things-maxi.
practical, but feminine. classy yet comfortable. dress up or dress down.
maxis continue to rise to the top of my "go-to" and "favorites" lists. so whether i've been taking countless trips to my new college (yes, i'm a freshman this fall!), running errands around town, tackling endless to-do lists at home, attending rehearsals, recitals, or Memorial Day family get-togethers, you will find me in a maxi.
i hope this (what i now call) habit won't suffocate my creativity, but i just enjoy being care free and comfortable.

oh, how beautiful life has been these days! perfect? absolutely not. but beautiful.
daily, i see God's hand at work in my life.
i feel His Spirit.
feel the warmth of His presence as He cradles me in His arms.
i realize that His promises are so faithful. "draw near to the Lord and He will draw near to you".
as i seek Him, i experience the ways He reveals Himself in the most mysterious and breathtaking ways.

// the Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the wearyand increases the power of the weak. even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lordwill renew their strength. they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. // ~Isaiah 40:28-31
